What if my patient is having trouble getting enough blood?

If your patient is having trouble getting enough blood, have them stand with their arms hanging by their sides and use the arm/hand that is not being tested to rub the arm/hand that is being tested in a distal motion to facilitate blood flow. Your patient can also rub the pricked finger in distal motion to facilitate blood flow.
